Richard Neale & Sons is a family run business specialising in the design and installation of bespoke PVCu, aluminium and timber conservatories, windows, doors and general home improvements in North Wales and across Cheshire.

Richard Neale himself has been in the window and conservatory trade for the best part of three decades and has developed a comprehensive conservatory package which covers all aspects, from the conservatory base to the final fittings and a range of heating systems.

Richard concentrates on the design aspect and the conservatories are then manufactured to his specification. This means that we can offer a product manufactured to BS standards each and every time. The design process starts as soon as he views the site of the proposed conservatory. The style of the existing property is all important because ideally, we want the new conservatory to look as if it was built with the main building and not a later addition. A feature of the main building can be reproduced in the conservatory, the slope of a roof or angle of a gable for instance. Matching brick or stonework and window styles also makes a tremendous difference to the aesthetic appearance of the completed project.

Among recent projects are included a mahogany PVCu conservatory extension to the Tourist Information Centre at Rhos on Sea Promenade for Colwyn Borough Council, a large timber conservatory for a hospice in Wrexham and an unusual square conservatory on a private house in Colwyn Bay, this structure is seven metres square and features a clerestory roof with striking coloured glass arches copied from an original Victorian design decorate the side walls.

We have recently supplied some porches to the Falkland Islands.

Six years ago, towards providing a fuller services, the firm's new conservatory, window and door display site on the Ashworth Industrial Estate at 12 Penrhyn Avenue, Rhos-on-Sea was opened. This was designed by Richard and built by his own installation teams.
